JRMA is happy to host two yoga instructors! Mrs. Allison and Miss Kenzie are both 200 RYT Certified Yoga Instructors.

Currently, Mrs. Allison teaches at 6PM on Monday evenings and Miss Kenzie teaches at 6PM on Wednesday evenings. Each class is $15 per person.

While they each have their own style of teaching, at each class you will gain:

  • Alignment

  • Body Strengthening

  • Flexibility

    While targeting:

  • Full Body Mindfulness

  • Relaxation

  • Balance

    Our instructors are more than happy to accept students from all experience levels and are ready to assist anyone who struggles with a pose or flow. Our goal is to help you refrain from injury and leave class feeling relaxed!

The use of yoga props is encouraged, (but not required), to support you during certain poses in order to enable growth in your practice while assisting with safety and comfort. We do have all the supplies needed so the only thing we truly need from you…is you!

Which props are recommended to bring?

A yoga mat, 1-2 blocks, and a yoga strap

What clothes are recommended for you to wear?

Clothing you can move and stretch in

A pair of clean feet or grippy socks
